just finished working on the n-th draft of a paper that i have been trying to write for the last one and a half years. still about a couple of hours' job on that, i would guess - before sending it off to the coauthors; my brain has stopped working and i need to sleep.
very often, i feel that these accounts are never told - the pristine, sterilised version of the paper that gets published hides behind it, many an hour of nearly thankless toil. what makes one do this, i wonder. is it a kind of obsession that one can't get rid of, even though one sees that the obvious immediate returns of it aren't that great?
cambridge has been extremely windy for the last few days. possibly a signal for the last vestiges of winter to be blown away, and replaced by spring.

Hi! This is Khushi here..Ruchika's sister. You'd shown me around Cambridge in 2005...don't know if you remember. How are you? Hope things are great at your end. I didn't have your email id, hence thought of contacting you through your blog.
I got through Cambridge for a masters in law and am going to apply for the Inlaks. Di asked me to check with you if you knew of any other scholarships that i could possibly apply for...(other than the ones that are on the Canbridge website for which one gets considered automatically)...
